Black with 2 Guest Design layout x 2

Well hello there!
This month I am guest designing over at Black with 2.  I actually created 2 layouts as I wasn't sure I was happy with the first one I did.  After finishing the 2nd one, I couldn't decide which one to submit so I left the decision to Eve at Black with 2.  She decided she would use both layouts!

So this is the mood board and sketch for the month of June:

The first thing that came to me when I looked at the mood board was chocolate!  And I had the perfect photos.  When my daughter & I travelled to Europe in 2009, we went to the Lindt Chocolate factory in Switzerland - as you do - and its safe to say we spent a little bit of money on chocolate.  I took some photos of her lying on the hotel bed surrounded by the haul, so I knew I had to use them for this challenge.   I rotated the sketch 90 degrees & flipped it upside down.   Well I better show you my layout….

Some close ups:

The 'chocolate' coloured pocket on the layout hides my journalling.

Products used:
Bazzill
Paper: Maja Design
Tim Holtz Kraft glassine pocket, metal arrow
Distress Ink - walnut stain, picked raspberry
Liquid pearls - dark chocolate
Dylusions & Tattered Angels mists

Twine (from my stash)

Now for my second layout…again I rotated it 90 degrees.  My inspiration came this time from the raspberries in the picture.  Last year I took the kids to the strawberry farm to pick strawberries and decided that they are close enough to raspberries so I'd use those photos.  Again, my journalling is hidden in the pocket.
